My husband and I have always had a dream to retire early and spend our time split between our home in Montana and his home country, Italy. And, even though we both had successful and lucrative careers, we weren’t sure how we were ever going to save enough (and get enough time off) to make our dream a reality. When I first learned about this opportunity, we had a 2.5-year-old son, plans to add another baby, and I was managing a successful corporate retail store. I had worked my way up the ladder over nearly a decade and there were lots of benefits, but the 50-60+ hour weeks and constant high stress was taking a toll on me and my family. In my heart, family came first. But in reality, my job had to come first and I felt like I was missing out on so much. I knew this wasn’t what I wanted for my life, but just walking away from the income was not an option. Yet.

When a friend invited me to her launch event, I realized one of the smartest business models I'd ever seen had just fallen into my lap. Partner with two of the most well-known and respected dermatologists on the planet? Have the credibility, reputation, resources and support of their billion-dollar brand? Build a residual stream of income without having to do parties, stock inventory, or do paperwork? I thought it sounded too good to be true, and I had plenty of reasons why I 'couldn't do this' - I didn't know anything about direct sales or skincare, I was too stressed, and, I was way too busy. However, I decided the risk of NOT doing it was greater than the risk of going for it. I didn’t want to look back years later and think ‘what if…’ - so I jumped in. After 2.5 years of building in very part time hours, my skincare business had replaced enough of my income that I was able to retire from my corporate career. Now my life is completely different. I still work very part-time, and my income well surpasses the salary I earned working more than full-time. I have earned award trips, gifts, and even a brand new Lexus courtesy of the Doctors. But more importantly, I have freedom. I get to spend all the time I want with my husband and children, and we get to spend time abroad. I get to choose whom I work with, where I work, and when I work. And, I finally get to do things for myself. My favorite part though is the relationships and helping people dream bigger. Helping them achieve things they never thought possible. This business is all about paying it forward, and my success is simply a reflection of the success of my team. I will be forever grateful to them and cannot wait to help many others write their own success stories.
